In connection to the annual station commander meeting, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs arranges ”Open House 2011”. This is a unique arrangement where Norwegian companies are given the opportunity to establish direct contacts with the Norwegian Foreign Service.
This is the fifth year in a row ”Open House” is arranged, and it is an important contribution to the cooperation between the Foreign Service and Norwegian companies. Through short meetings (of 10 minutes) with Norway’s ambassadors and general consuls this arrangement can work as a door opener for new exciting markets and business opportunities.
“Open House 2011” will be held on Monday 22 August from 16.00 – 18.00 in Scandinaviasalen at Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel in Holbergsgate 30, Oslo. Registration and light refreshments from 15.00.
Registration: Registration must be done before August 11. A final meeting plan will be completed a week before the meeting.
A. Write your letter, surname, first name, e-mail address and the name of your company.
B. List the name of the countries/stations you wish to meet with. Because of the timeframe, this meeting list should be limited to five stations.
C. List the countries/stations by priority – the most important first.
