Eksportfinans AS has merged with DNB Finans AS
DNB Bank ASA acquired all the shares in Eksportfinans AS in June 2025.
On 29 January, DNB Finans, which has been a division of DNB Bank ASA, was spun off as a separate subsidiary of the DNB Group, under the name DNB Finans AS. On the same day, Eksportfinans AS and DNB Finans were merged to form the new company DNB Finans AS. The company's operations are within leasing, business loans, car administration and various financing solutions.
The merger means that all activities, assets, rights and obligations in Eksportfinans AS have been transferred to DNB Finans AS. For customers, partners and other stakeholders in Eksportfinans, this means that services and follow-up will continue in the DNB Group.
What does this mean for our partners?
· The merger does not entail any immediate changes, and existing agreements will continue in DNB Finans AS.
· Contact points in DNB Finans AS and DNB Bank ASA will handle all further dialogue.
