DNB 100 percent owner of Eksportfinans AS

In February, DNB made an offer to all shareholders of Eksportfinans AS to buy their shares. The acquisition is now completed, and DNB owns 100 percent of the shares in Eksportfinans from 25 June 2025. The acquisition was approved by the Norwegian FSA (Finanstilsynet) and the Norwegian Competition Authority (Konkurransetilsynet) in April. The shares owned by the Norwegian state were purchased in June following approval from the Storting.
