(born 1966) is chief executive officer since July 2018, prior to which he was chief financial officer since he joined the company in 2008. Mr. Olsen came from the position of chief financial officer of Toyota Kreditbank Gmbh, Norway, a position he had held since 1997. He has previous work experience from Dyno Industrier, Skattekontoret for storbedrifter and Puget Sound Bank in Seattle, USA. Mr. Olsen holds an MBA from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, USA.
(born 1964) is executive vice president and director of staff. She joined Eksportfinans in 1991 and has held different management positions since 1999. She has previous work experience from Nordea. Ms. Lindbæk has a business degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) in Bergen and an executive master of management from BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo.
(born 1979) is CFO with responsibility for the finance department. The department includes treasury, accounting, financial control, reporting and back office. He joined Eksportfinans in 2007, and has held positions in risk management, funding and treasury. He became head of treasury in 2016 and CFO in 2023. Ole Anders Næss has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in financial economics from BI Norwegian Business School.
